We invite you to join us for the Opening Night Concert and Gala, on Friday, September 29, 2023. This annual celebration kicks off a new era for our world-class Houston Symphony.

The evening begins at Jones Hall with a champagne reception, followed by the Opening Night Concert at 7:30 p.m. This much-anticipated performance led by Juraj Valčuha, Music Director Roy and Lillie Cullen Chair.

The Opening Night Gala, including an elegant, seated dinner by City Kitchen and musical entertainment by Divisi Strings, takes place at the Corinthian Houston immediately following the performance. Valet and motor coach services will be available for gala guests—simply arrive at Jones Hall and depart from the Corinthian.
